Guys, what could cause Redmi 9C to be unresponsive to touch while in use sometimes until I lock and unlock the device? I recently changed the screen but I don't think that is the cause. I updated it to the latest available version last week but I didn't factory reset after.

Hello people, I got an OTA update of 2.7gb on my Redmi 10C today after waiting for it to download and install, it said it couldn't verify update. Please what could be the problem?

When you are downloading something this large, I would always advice you hunt for the link and download manually using a download manager then install manually as well.

It is an Android 12 update by the way.

Hmmm. Why not reinstall your full ROM and see if it resolves it or you can force restart your device a few times and sees if that helps.

Another thing even happened, I got another device (xiaomi) and I used mi mover to move files from old device to her new one.

Then moment those files started entering the new phone, network went off on the new one too

It's a network ic issue, needs to be changed. Contact raya. It happened to me as well, sims networks just vanished.
