Wilfred Ndidi, The Midfield Octopus. Put aside my analyses on his deficiencies in the middle game but today his leadership and experience in the middle will be key.

I think we shouldn't underestimate this Ghana team. Whatever happens, it is still one of our African representative. I'd support them if they can keep up with this performance. They are currently two goal up against Switzerland. |

Switzerland took out Akanji, Embolo and Freuler at Halftime. That's 3 of the Swiss' star men. But Ghana made their first changes at 62mins. Na dem carry this friendly for head. M7even: |

TheSuperNerd:Academic guru. I want to believe you understand comparison analysis. That means by COMPARISON. Look at level of unhinged euphoric praise singing that other players get in comparison to Ademola Lookman. Ademola Lookman is a essentially a winger and is third in the goal scoring charts of Seria A ,that's absolutely astounding. Your shameless in your double standard duplicity . My assertion is very simple Ademola doesn't get anywhere near the same recognition and praise singing given to the favourites here. If V.O. breaks wind you will sing a song of praise. |
| Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by TheSuperNerd(m): 1:37pm On Nov 17, 2022 |
Switzerland took it easy bruv. Noah Okafor is the best and most valuable player in the Austrian Bundesliga and he came from the bench for this friendly. They took out 3 of their biggest names at halftime while Ghana kept their XI intact till the 62min and this was after Switzerland made more changes also 62mins. Only Kudus and Partey didn't play. They had everyone else. And Wollacott is injured. He isn't better than Ati Zigi who kept goal today for them. Ati Zigi is a super regular in Switzerland. Truth is Ghana took this friendly more seriously while Switzerland only took it as a tactical test run. Truth is, It is habitual for African teams to almost always take Pre WC friendlies far more seriously than their European counterparts and secure wins to instill a false sense of readiness and confidence in fans only to get to the main event and falter hard. komekn:You are free to make Ademola Lookman your favorite and you can drop a praise singing album to go with your support. TheSuperNerd does not praise Cancelo the way he praises De Bruyne. De Bruyne is his favorite. How do you expect him to praise a player with the same vigour as his favorite. The Thread is open for you to praise. Finito. |

Another 424 this peseiro is actually Eguavoen older brother with his outdated formation. I expect Portugal to own the midfield. At this point, the worse that has happened already happened (No wc for us) we might as well hire a local coach that we can afford. Imagine paying $70,000 a month to be selecting out dated formation |

I really don't understand my Good man Joe. I mean, I don't even get paid to come up with these names for our players. Lol... It's all just part of the football analytical fun. ![]() And I certainly don't hold the monopoly on player praise. I am NOT the only one who talks up Osimhen or any of our other lads. Maybe I am more noticeable because of the way I construct mine. But I am not the only one. And truly we all have favorites. I know someone whose favorite Striker in the Eagles is Moffi and I respect that. I rate Moffi highly as well but Osimhen remains my Number 1. PS: And damn... Kevin De Brains all day!!! Over any other Mancity Player except Goal Machine Haaland ofcos. That viking is second for me at City. You just had to go there! ![]() TheGoodJoe: |

TheGoodJoe:You have presented this never ending FALSE narrative of , he hates Nigerian birthed players, but it's nonsensical in the extreme. We have had this discussion dispute several times and I keep reminding you , perception is not FACT. My comments are always TIME related i.e. at THAT TIME. I will reiterate at THAT TIME V.O. would not have made it in a good English academy at that TIME, in Wolfsburg, he was technically naive and deficient. I critically advised he should drop a division and or go to lower league and reinvent himself and then move up. It seems he took my according to you HATEFUL advice. Old screenshot dating to July 2019 , giving my hateful derisory advice birthed from HATE , that he V.O. seemingly took, from his HATER. The difference between me and you is that you do fantasy football ⚽ I do participative decision and in real life. If V.O. had taken your advice, it would be to remain in Wolfsburg you are the best, keep learning and getting knowledge, training, doing the drills , you will make it. By now he would have trained and drilled himself into oblivion and you wouldn't be talking about him. Please be substantive and not emotively presumptuous in the negative. I don't suppose you have heard of the term hard love, even God discipline those he loves. Now who hates him and who loves him ❓

TheSuperNerd:I think you have basically summarized the win as inconsequential. However the Switzs chose to read the game and interpreted it playing certain players at halftime and benching certain players at the other half . You must realize that the two current top players for both sides kudus and Partey didn't even play. We can say it is also for precautionaryy reason. But that's too lazy to agree with. The truth is the switz stars all tasted actions and Ghana won. The fact that their star players kicked the ball is more than enough justification of intent to win. Tactics or change of tactics isnt just enough excuse. Of a truth, many African teams will perform at pre-world cup friendlies but will shrink at the competition proper, maybe due to the mental fever the tournament consumes them |

Yes ofcos. It is inconsequential. If Switzerland cared for the game, they won't take out 3 of their main lads at Halftime and bench the most valuable player in the Austrian league vs Ghana. The main event kicks off in 3 days. Any win there is what will matter. Your last paragraph is the koko and will show itself true again at this WC for most of the African sides. M7even: |

Amedino99:A screenshot about my comments with regards to Fred Onyedinma. My expectations are probably higher than most with regards to the SE. Once Fred Onyedinma was not an upward progression I stopped talking about him 5 years ago plus. I had even higher expectations for Chuks Aneke, he was once injured for two seasons and I expected him to kick off rapidly believing injury problems were solved. Unfortunately l was wrong he is too injury prone he has been in and out of injury. He cannot be relied upon sadly , so l don't talk about him anymore Or should l ❓ In reality if you were to compare these players to Nwakali the midfield maestro then you might have a think. Because they are doing a lot better than Nwakali.
