This one in Abia has date of birth of 1999. And the minimum age requirement is 18 years. So this is a new registration.


While the one in Borno state has date of birth of 1992. Which means it is possible it was used in 2011 and 2015 elections.

People like Orji Uzor Kalu must have learnt from his fellow APC northern comrades on how to rig using underage voters.
