Why has PDP refused governor Wike of river state the PDP presidential tickets and also denied him the place of vice President to Atikulooter .

No need suspending him because they knw he can't control the party again

Wike is already a sitting governor and secondly, they will have to take a unanimous vote amongst themselves before they can expel him, and wike has the backing of 3 out of the 6 geopolitical zone.

So it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than expelling Wike.

They need oyel money and they need Petakwa bloc vote.They’re nothing without Wike.

The question you should ask is why they cannot simply remove Ayu and let the party move forward.

River State has over 3.5million registered voters alone and they come out to vote on election day. Atiku's Adamawa State has less than 2.5million registered voters.

Lastly, PDP's presidential campaign has always been funded from Southern(SS and SE) states due to crude oil revenue. Without SS and SE, there's no PDP.

I think if atiku want to really win the upcoming election, he need to settle with the G5 governors. Take it or leave it, atiku need wike more than wike need him now. Atiku dare not to suspend the G5 governors or else, he will fail woefully.

Na PDP first start with the anti party agreement by not sticking to their gentleman’s agreement, the aggrieved (Wike) is only repaying them in their own coin. It’s tit for tat.
Also, Wike was the one who kept the party together and moving on when all chips were down.

Because when atiku, the current presidential candidate of PDP and everyone now back in PDP all abandoned PDP and ran to other parties. Wike and some few governors and senators, were the only ones that didn’t abandon PDP, they built it from scratch and placed it on life support, until these political prostitutes started flocking back to the party.
