Anambra have the most billionaires in Nigeria according to IPOB but Peter Obi couldn't even develop a revenue generating schemes for Anambra to have enough IGR. Onitsha is the biggest market in west Africa according to IPOB but it is another wasted Potential in the hand of Obi.
