I'm from the north and I'm not rejoicing. Niger Delta will oil never enjoyed the oil rather north enjoyed the oil from south. Go to nnpc or oil wells in the south are owned by the north. For the 62 years existence of Nigeria as independence entity, north ruled about 47 years. Today north is backwards in everything so having oil in the north will change nothing. So stop rejoicing

I will tell you what you will do with oil money, you will give every drop of oil to fgn, who will sell it and add to the federation account. Derivation will be paid to you as is done to other oil producing states. The proceeds from oil sales will be shared amongst all the states of Nigeria and gov.
