He is talking about the playing style. And he believes if with the caliber of players we have, we should be able to play the same way if not better. IMO
What exactly did the Australians play?

Netherlands conservative approach saved them against Senegal.

Australia had no single shot on target in the 2nd half, So what are you guys talking about?
The only match we sat back was an inconsequential match against the country of our coach.
Judging the Super Eagles with the Portugal game is absurd.
Who compares a friendly match with a world cup game?

We lost to Togo before Atlanta 1996.
Lost almost all our friendlies going to France 1998.
Won almost all our friendlies Pre-2002 world cup yet that was one of our worst performance.
Please let the boys enjoy their break!

Ejuke is more direct. I will prefer lookman or Awoniyi to play Aribo's position.

Tella can come on at halftime for Ejuke. But since his young NFF won't even invite him.. I see him as a succession plan so for me he has to be invited as soon as possible and given game time of at least 30 - 90 mins per match
which ejike are you talking about? The way una Dey rate certain players here eeeeh

Nawaooooo

Man Utd exploring January moves for striker
Fabrizio.

Should Osimhen remain at Napoli and fight for Scudetto/UCL?

Or grab the last chance to move to biggest club in the world?

Doing that does not counter the point. It shows that you can get results from players that are not from pro leagues if they are groomed properly.
There is something called statistics, it helps us to identify if a phenomenon is an aberration. No body countered any point, we only asked that all data be kept so we can know if the postulation is a regular occurrence or an aberration. That said, I know it's an aberration that my point will fly with you.

See how he willfully chose to present half of the story just to suit his narrative.

If a player is good he is good no doubt but cream they say always rises to the top. How come our own best (as some are saying oo) are bottom scrapers?

Don't say that. We are here to learn. I was just trying to point out that you can find quality from low leagues. The likes of Mane, Haaland, and Vardy were not harvested in the top leagues. They were spotted outside the quality leagues.

We should not just hinge our radar on top leagues when we have a chance of spotting quality talents with a more comprehensive scouting strategy.

Footballing upsets is one of the proof that you can find talents from lower spots.

I did not speak too soon. The problem is many of you reason with the aspect of winning. I made my comment before Australia scored. So, I did not talk too soon. I was talking about how they could hold the ball against one of the best teams in the world, without world-class players.

They ran out of steam to press and the tactics of Deschamps allowed his players to hold the ball longer.

My point is that, if Australia can hold the ball in such crisp fashion, the Super Eagles cannot tell me we can't build a team that can. It balls down to our coaching philosophy and picking a manager that aligns with it.
I saw the game from the 14th minute and Australia didn't hold any ball

Heck they couldn't string passes

8': GOAL!: Craig Goodwin makes it 1-0 to Australia, after some great football by Australia. A ball to the back post by Matthew Leckie is tapped in by Craig Goodwin, and the socceroos go wild in Qatar!

Look at the comment from Sports Illustrated.

18': Australia defending in a 4-4-2 shape when out of possession, the Aussies have been brilliant thus far. France are picking up the pace.

You can see, France was picking up after receiving some brilliant plays from the Aussies. Those minutes are worth watching again.

He should stay in napoli, is high time we have a Italian league winner, apart from obafemi martins who won it through the back door there is no other Nigerian who have achieved that feat.

Man united is not the only big team in Europe. If paradventure osimhen manage to win the league and top it up with top scorer on the league do you know how it will boast his profile.

Infact, if he won the scudetto and top scorer award he's already among those on the podium in the next caf award.

Just one freekick in a good position. Morroco will win this game. They should look for fouls in good areas. Hakimi can give them this game.
