I have changed my power pump 3 times and it's still disturbing. Now I eat fufu and drive it like Truck.

I've stopped going to Gym because my car gives me the same exercise I want.

That i was told, bur i don tire. I bought new tokunbo, after servicing and changing of tire. I never got anything to do with a mechanic. Until that steering pump started giving me headache.

Its free when i accelerate but coming out from my gate and going in to pack. Na there i dey use muscle. Other than that we good.

Lol. I think say na only Nissan dey get this issue.

In my case the pump was fine o, just for the mech to change the leaking hose connected to the fliud reservoir. I no know wetin he go touch, the pump come fail. That was beginning of my nightmares.

Four pumps, 3 diff mechanics and even the entire steering rack checked,but to no avail. I just tire. Though it improved, but not as free as it used to.

Was told Nissan has that issue with pumps.

Same way mine developed issue. Just to change hose. Because of that i changed my mechanic, felt it was careless ness on his part. But till date. I dey drive am like that No issh, if i reach house i bath hot water and rest.

Wahala for those still driving cars that use power steering pumps. My 2009 Toyota Corolla does not come with any Power steering pump. the steering is electronically powered with the aids of sensors. bye bye to power steering pumps and power steering fluids

Shows the steering rack is faulty, change it and have peace biko. I had hulk hogan arms due to my bad pump, I requested they ensure the rack was good bfor fixing the pump. I wept for relief cos I can now turn wit a finger.

Rotfl.. This is me exactly! I gave up too on mine after changing pump twice and steering rack once. I borrow myself brain. I just go buy this cheap local generator engine oil retailers sell in water bottles. Na im I dey take top am in 4-8days, depending on the car's usage.

You're actually right. The rack might be the culprit but then you can buy a rack and within months, it will start leaking again -which is my personal experience.

Well, such is the life of a car owner when it decides to start giving you troubles. However, one might just be lucky with part replacement.

Check your steering rack too it could be the assistant cause

Either you meet a mechanic or trace the leakage yourself. Should be an easy fix
