As I've told you, you don't live in the US, have never studied US History, Civics or Government and don't have an iota of understanding on US Government, Us Agencies or US Law whether it be State Law or Federal Law . You don't even have an understanding of how we file our Taxes.

1.) Federal Audits take take time to complete. Esp. ones as complicated as Trumps, if I recall thousands of pages long. If an audit was started the second Trump came into office, which it most likely wasn't, it would probably have been completed once Trump's IRS head came in, if that. In fact Trump admitted his audit still wasn't completed 2 years into his presidency. The IRS has been woefully underfunded. Even individual taxes from last year still haven't been processed and people are STILL awaiting their tax refunds (money) from taxes they filed in Jan. 2022.

2.) In the US we file State and Federal income taxes. Trump filed both a NY state Tax Return and a US Federal Tax Return. The AG of NY Tisha James by LAW DOES NOT HAVE THE POWER to bring a criminal lawsuit for his taxes on her own for the State violations. The easier option was the civil lawsuit which will in all practical effect dissolve the company. She did in fact refer the potential criminal violations to Federal Investigators(US Attorneys in Manhattan) and yes the IRS Criminal Division.

As I keep telling you. You have 0 understanding about what you are talking about. Just enough to sound stupid and spread misinformation.
You sound like a child who isn't aware of how little they know, trying to lecture adults. Stop typing and mothing off and do ALOT more reading and learning about the US. You're hubris is spreading false information with every post. And I'm tired of being a vacuum, cleaning up your mess. What's the expression... Empty barrels make the most noise.

Political a hack. A federal tax audit can be completed within 6 months. Obama’s IRS commissioner had more than enough time to conduct and compete a full audit of Trumps taxes before his tenure expired. If he didn’t start it immediately Trump assumed office then you need to ask yourself why didn’t he? Maybe he realized how ludicrous the allegations were? Hahaha. Na point by pint I go dey expose your stupidity now. No need for long posts.

Don't bother. This isn't a real discussion. This is me correcting you and I'm tired. I gain nothing from you as a poster.

You are not going nowhere. I am going to deconstruct and expose your ignorance point by point until I expose you for the rabid, foaming at the mouth, Trump deranged lunatic you are. Answer my last pint. A tax audit can be completed in 9 months maximum. If Trump was such a threat as you claim. Why didn’t the Obama appointed IRS chief begin an audit immediately he was elected? He had more than enough time to do it.

Stuffs like this gives me life.
Justice is coming for Criminal trump. Once he is indicted and possibly banned from running for office forever, I'll depart from politics because I I'll believe the end of the world has been pushed a 1000 years forward with the imprisonment or probably an execution of the criminal.

LOL.. I hear you. I'm still concerned. What Judge Cannon did was such an extraordinary unprecedented intervention that the appeal had to be a slam dunk. So, not sure what it really says or what would happen on a matter that isn't this extraordinary. But, the courts(even the Trump appointed judges) have held firm on all his election nonsense, so there is that.

But the Congress needs to readjust the Courts. This type of case shouldn't take months or even years (Trump Tax case) to reach a conclusion. Just allowing Congress to see Trump's taxes took 3 years. There has to be a streamlined fast process with cases involving disputes between Congress and the President or and ex-President and the Executive branch. Esp. with a man like Trump who uses the system to delay and obstruct.

A maga cultist who is a porn addict and a drug maniac is a dangerous recipe.

Bahahah. This bastard hybrid of a roadside cobbler and a $20 brothel whoree is so scared of me now he can’t even quote me directly again. Hahahahahahaha.

See painment o. He is so embarrassed by how many times I have destroyed him he is too chicken to even quote me again. Hahaha. Trump deranged human being. A complete and total failure of a man with no life, no career, absolutely nothing going on for you on this planet asides your rabid Trump hatred and derangement . And then you say I’m in a cult. The man practically owns your soul.

You can’t sleep, breath or eat without him on your mind. What a pathetic way to live life. I feel sorry for your useless mother who has to keep hawking her aging ass too put food on the table because here useless soon is too busy suffering from TDS to be of any use to her in her old age. As we Yoruba’s say “oma seee ooo”.

What a total waste of space you are. Please end your miserable life so a more productive human being can utilize the space and air you consume. Born bastard.

Bahahahahha. You have finally admitted with your own post that Trump completely dominates your life. You admittedly can’t do anything with your hapless life till Trump goes to jail

Mark my words, it will NEVER happen so get ready to keep ranting and crying about Trump on nairaland all the days of your life while your poor old mother keeps hawking her aging ass to feed the family because her son is so hopelessly consumed by a man who knows nothing of his existence. Hahahah. Brov. This the funniest post I’ve seen on nairaland in a long time I swear to God.

See how deranged you are by this man that you literally think it will be the end of the world if he doesn’t go to jail hahahaha.

1.) Poverty Mentality? Right. FYI, Prior to the Pandemic I had decided to relocate full time to Lagos for a gig (in fact, if you can afford it, the Lagos lifestyle(cooks, drivers, house help, security etc.) is more envious than a US one). So, no, living in the US isn't manna from God for me, just trade-offs. Now tell me, why did you leave Nigeria again.. if where you are now isn't a big deal?
2.) So tell me, have you been to the US? Have you studied the US? What topics, where? Go ahead.
3.)So, you're more enlightened than a slowpoke? Not sure that's something to be bragging about. Lol

Yes. You have poverty mentality thinking it’s a big deal to go to the US. FYI I have visited there several times. Half my family is based there including 3 of half siblings. I studied in the UK for 5 years obtaining both my BA and MsC from there. Prior to going there I got admissions from several US colleges but chose to study in the UK for personal reasons (my immediate and closest sibling is based there)

so don’t come in here acting like you are the first or only person on this faceless forum to enter the US. I could have moved there permanently if I wanted to but the truth is I don’t really like that country. Anyone who reads my posts can tell I think it’s a falling empire that’s completely losing its values, morals and even its national identity. It’s not even a safe country to raise kids in my opinion. First time I landed in that country from the UK first thing I noticed is I lost this sense of security I always had in London for whatever reason. The whole place just looked so big and chaotic to me.

So yes you dope I have been to the US and it’s my personal decision why I never chose to study or live there. But I am well vested in the laws and customs because i talk to my fvcking siblings all the time asides my own personal studies on the country.

FYI I’m presently. doing very well for myself in Nigeria and can afford to take vacations whenever I like. So just scratch this your “I live in America therefore I know better than you attitude”. It sounds rather shallow and stupid. We don’t live in the stone age. There are people who have never been to the US that know more about its laws than born and raised citizens. If you don’t believe then go hug transformer.

You really made valid and salient points. I would never argue with the fact that we need to reform and pack scotus. Alito and Thomas have fed fat over the years and see themselves above the law and above morality. The scotus needs to start working as the executive branch, no room and time to waste, as you can see with Biden's legislative goals so far. And they must be transparent and fair to the people without influence from Democrats or republicans.
But will fascists like criminal trump and his goons agree to it? So these evil people need to be extinguished before we can break scotus.

Yes, there are people who know more about US laws than born and raised citizens do, So what. That just makes them more informed than someone that knows little about the US. I don't listen to them either unless they've shown some expertise in that topic. You haven't. In fact most of what you post isn't subjective things, they are incorrect objective information - misinformation (not disinformation as I don't think you know enough to know it's wrong). I wouldn't have said anything to you if you didn't post so much of that mis-information under the guise of somehow actual knowledge, experience, expertise. Things you clearly don't carry.

Here's an idea. Can we agree that you put a disclaimer under your posts. Such as:

"SlyFoxx4Life Disclaimer
I have no real experience or expertise in US Politics, Law, Government or Culture. I have never lived there or formally/informally studied the US. Shove your disclaimer where it don’t shine bro. You are a political animal with a glaring vendetta against Trump. That immediately rules out every political opinion you give here as biased misinformation designed to taint Trump at all costs regardless of the facts. Your hubris is what makes it even more hilarious. You that blatantly lied that Trump appointed the IRS chief when there was one appointed by Obama for the fist year of his administration. You that lied an audit cannot be completed in 6 months.

I don’t even know if your own is misinformation due to ignorance or disinformation due to your Trump derangement but either way you constantly spew fallacies here which are constantly called out by other sounder minds than you on the thread. You rub minds with a guy so deranged by Trump he literally said that’s it would be the end of the world if he doesn’t go to jail. Lmao. That’s the level you are on bro.

You have no expertise or knowledge in anything besides Trump derangement so sit down. I doubt you are even university educated. Pro Tip: Arguing that you don't think I'm university educated or that you don't think I live in the US just makes you sound daft. Stay in the lane that I'm a political animal or whatever juvenile comments you come up with day to day. IjeBos:

Try the disclaimer, it'll make the forum a better place.

Pro Tip: Arguing that you don't think I'm university educated or that you don't think I live in the US just makes you sound daft. Stay in the lane that I'm a political animal or whatever juvenile comments you come up with day to day. That lane is better than sounding like someone who is wholly incapable of discernment esp. when it comes to what type of people they are talking to.

Anyhow, wasted enough time on this today. Have a happy Thanksgiving All. I'll enjoy some turkey on your behalf. lol

I repeat. I doubt you are university educated. Your commentary all lack logic and objectivity. Just a constant regurgitation of MSNBC talking Points and spewing of raw emotions like a typical liberal. You are not educated. Just obviously watch a lot of left wing cable TV. Absolutely nothing you have said here that’s different from what I hear on those networks on the few occasions I tune in.

That being said, I also have a disclaimer for you. Try this;

“Hey, my name is IjeBos. All my political commentary and analysis should be viewed through the lens of a deranged and emotional Trump hater. I take no responsibility for anyone believing or acting upon the obvious disinformation you are about to read in my post. I reserve all rights to continue regurgitating left wing talking points as I consume them on CNN and MSNBC as they own sole proprietorship over my brain. Readers of my post believe what I say at their own risk”

I think this disclaimer perfectly aligns with your persona bro. Let me know if you need anything changed.

In the meantime note that saying you will be eating Turkey on thanksgiving doesn’t prove shit. Anybody can say that. As far as I know you could have typed that from an apartment in Idumota. You are so insecure that you constantly feel the need to prove that you reside in the US. LMAO. Such a small man you are.

Anyway enjoy your imaginary Turkey. I’m in my Plush apartment right now watching a World Cup match with one of my Lekki broads. Hennessy and kush in the system.. I really don’t have time to argue with useless internet trolls now. Maybe I will hit it one time for you tonight. You hapless Trump obsessed virgin boy. I know your type. You get no pvssy mate.
