Ratnik (Russian: Ратник; Warrior) is a Russian future infantry combat system. Some components, including the communication systems and night vision technologies, have extremely limited military distribution. It is designed to improve the connectivity and combat effectiveness of combat personnel in the Russian Armed Forces. Improvements include modernised body armour, a helmet with a special eye monitor (thermal, night vision monocular, flashlight), communication systems, and special headphones. It includes 10 subsystems and 59 individual items.

The Ratnik was first to be reported to be used during the Annexation of Crimea by the Russian Federation in 2014.[4] There were also reports that Russian troops have tested Ratnik components in combat operations.[5][6]

In August 2019, it was reported that Ratnik has been tested by soldiers from Belarus, Vietnam, Kyrgyzstan, China, Laos, Mongolia, Pakistan and Uzbekistan.[7]

In July 2021, Russian troops deployed to Tajikistan to work alongside Tajik forces are equipped with at least 200 sets of Ratnik.
Am just a lover of good military Tech's.
But I don't know why Russia hasn't deployed the Ratnik to every Frontline regular army and draft soldiers. Is it that there production line is not as effective as of the days of the USSR.
We all know the problems of the Su-57 shaa that's a story for another day,but Mr Putin putting his boy's lives at risk is stupid,the Ratnik helmet and kelvar plates alone is stronger than that of NATO but we keep seeing dead Russians.
The only time you see Russia with Ratnik is during the victory parade.
So I ask all the pro Russians where is Ratnik.

1. Na you know wetin happen to Su-57. There are less than 20 units of the jet so how can it change anything in a war. By the way, a cheaper model, the Su-35 with 100 units dey give ukraine headache for warfront. In the past 3 months it has destroyed up to 3 S-300.
2. Ratnik exists but here's the problem, you don't expect Russia to send it into combat against ukraine at a time when the use of domestic components is still actualizing. There are many units but if it is expended today what happens when US joins combat. Also it's unnecessary to let it fall into the hands of sabos and ukraine

US is richer than Russia
The fear of falling into enemy hands prematurely made Russia set it aside. Remember US didn't deploy the F-22 in Iraq and Afghanistan before 2007

How come Russians are running to Iran that has been sanctioned for 50yrs and North Korea that was the world's most sanctioned nation for more than 30 yrs. However way you put it, the sanctions can only slow down production not stop production of weapons. BTW proof that North Korean weapons are in Ukraine. 1. Russia said that they will not invade ukraine and they didn't. Ukraine was already a warring country before Russia intervened. Like will you say that UK invaded Biafra? Rather UK supported Nigeria's invasion of biafra. Russia sided with the self-proclaimed Donbass republics in an 8yr old war.
2. Russia never said they would take over ukraine in 3days. Pro-kremlin commentators and Pro-Russians may have said it but Russia never said it.
3. Russia only said they will nuke UK and USA. Pro-kremlin said that but Russia promised to defend her interest with all weapons in her disposal. "this is not a bluff"
