Best way is when calling their names you add the number that's written on their jersey to their names e.g Kim one, Kim Nineteen, Hwang Eleven, Hwang six . That's the simplest way to differentiate them and for people to know who you're talking or referring to.

This reminds of a story by someone who returned to Nigeria from one Japan. I guess, I read the story in NL. The guy was saying the problem with Japan and South Korea likes is the difficulty to speak their language. The Kim can mean over 20 things with different pronunciation. But they're also spelled as Kim.
