Hello!

On today's episode of What's baking? I'm going to share how to make some delicious mild chocolate cupcakes. cheesy

First, let's start with the list of the required ingredients:

- Flour 225g
- Cocoa powder 2 1/2 tablespoon (leveled)
- Baking soda 2 teaspoon(leveled)
- Salt 1/4 teaspoon (leveled)

************************
- Sugar 200g
- Veg oil 175g (or 200g of melted butter if you prefer)
- Eggs 3
- Golden syrup 2 1/2 tablespoon
- 2 teaspoon vanilla flavour
- Whole milk 1cup

I'm just going to let the pictures do most of the talking.

Yo fish, it cost more to prepare it. it cost $10 in a shop and cost over $50 to prepare it. so i think i am better off with the cheaper one grin

Pic 7. All ingredients gently mixed. (We don't want the cakes to come out hard.)

Pic 8. Batter scooped into cupcake pan (lined with cupcake paper), and baked in a preheated oven @ 150°C for 35-40 mins.

N.B. Resist the urge to open the oven to check, until after 25-30 mins at least.

You know it is done when you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean.

I use Century electric mini oven (or the Scanfrost gas oven for when national grid decides to collapse cheesy

)
The Century oven has been really really efficient so far. I like it.

Sometimes, I use a vivo phone too. Depending on the one I'm feeling (I just take shots, then choose the ones that gave cheesy

)
