My Piggy Bank Experience by troubleshooter: 8:33pm On Nov 25, 2022
I made a wooden piggy bank in January this year (2022) as a new resolution for the year to consciously save some N1000 and any crispy N500 denomination or 2years. It's about a size of 40x40x25cm.
But the CBN Redesign of the naira made me break it this week to avoid being caught on the losing side. And this is what I found ....
N345,000
It's not even up to a quarter full yet. I stopped saving for few months in Sept to Nov. This was largely due to some hard times and I lost my dad few months ago and had to do the burial.
I'm still thinking of what to do with the money as I'm looking at it.

That's nice.
You could actually switch to all this online savings
Like piggyvest or cowry wise.

I have been using cowrywise for 3 years now.
It's good.

Started my own savings plan based on Barcelona goals. But I don pause for now
Which I can only open next year

Just patiently explain this thing well

I use both piggvest and cowrywise

Piggvest interest is better than cowrywise

I want to break my cowrywise savings and no option for it

I can no longer wait for feb 19

It's too far

This is where piggyvest have human sympathy.
Sorry to tell u
Until February u can't break your savings on Cowrywise

If it was piggy vest you will be charged but Cowrywise it must reach that date before withdrawal

Concerning the savings.
It's based on clubs Barcelona, Madrid, Chelsea, Bayern, manu, man city arsenal.
Once the team plays
If they score 6 goals in that match
6k will be deducted from your bank account card linked with Cowrywise. And every week there is automatic 1k.

Hope u understand

Crowdyvest isn't a Ponzi scheme. It's an investment scheme with realistic interest margins from a registered institution too.

Do you know that crowdyvest has been owing for over a year and going by the silly townhall they recently had, to get any money back will be a long thing.
They're scammers!

Their problems started a year ago. Before then, they were a financial investment company with international reputation and backings. This didn't stop everything from going downhill. That's why I warning you guys. Regardless of how piggyvest looks, they are all not infallible by this pitfall. Get your money out!

I wish there was a way. They are no longer paying and now forcing investors to become owners in a business no one understands. How a company went from millions (in dollars) of grants, loans and investments to this...mismanagement!

I use Carbon to save and I get interest as well on my savings.

It's better and safer for me.

Congratulations. You are going to be successful in life because you are a goal setter.

Please go change those to new notes from a legitimate Nigerian bank and make another wooden box.

Before some Nairalanders start sending thier account numbers and asking you to bless them grin undecided

The only thing I saved this year is my life.
I swear I don't know how you guys are able to save this kind of amount in this era with wife and children to care for. Is there something I don't know?
God help me as I walk into 2023.

Simple. They had a targeted figure and once they achieved it, kiss your money goodbye. Same will happen to the rest.
