Fuel is going up very soon.

The scarcity is not because there is no product. It is because the price is about to be increased

My intel said its 195 per liter at the depot.

Donjazet2...... check the Zenith Account on this one and compare it with the one you shared.

Wuz goin on ere?!
There are 2 different accounts, one for the Obi presidential campaign and one for the labour party account. Labor party has different candidates across different strategic states that needs funds. With Labor party's strength right now, there are some governorships and senatorial seats that can be targeted and got especially in the SE and SS. Incase you don't know Labor party already has a senator from imo state. He decamped few months ago.
Just like buhari pulled across several governors and senators along in his ticket. Many politicians in these regions are going to ride the coattails of Obi to win various seats.

Victor umeh of Anambra is running for re-election now under Labor party for senatorship, Alex Otto is definitely unseating PDP. The frontrunners in Enugu senatorial seats are the Labor party aspirants. But they do need party support logistically, hence the appeal for donations.

But why are you concerned? Aren't you supposed to worry about Lagos citizens whose public treasury is being syphoned?

Remember this below??

I’ve even personally made the statement because that’s the offline reality of them in the hands of other Igbo states.

Sad to admit but they’re not rated offline. You need to live a while in SE to observe these things.

They’re regarded as Hausa version of IGBOs because of how they behave, the kind of odd job they do for penny, also because of the fact they’re not dubious like an average Igbo business man. And yea, they’re easily bullied and cheated on.

On the days when Muslims are praying or not available for labouring works, my foreman in Anambra then will always go and chatter Abakiliki and Ikwo laborers for manual excavation, they charge very cheap per partition and ft just like the Hausas, and very strong too. Most of my SE takes here are 1st hand experience.

And this brings us to this my point below.

Same way “Aboki” is an insult in Igbo land, “Abakiliki man” is also an insult in IGBO land except Ebonyi state.
Prophet Donstan is back grin

Victor Umeh that is a senator collecting millions and kickbacks, also once a chairman of a political party, is the person that needs to appeal for donations?

Alex Otti, a once top executive of a New generation bank, and someone that single handedly funded himself in 2019, without the help of donations, is who you are appealing for?

Well, I am not against donations. Its a good path to raising funds. I hope people respond to these appeals

Sickness that will wipe away savings, property, gratuity, pension, before still taking the person’s life. And there is little to no help from the Nigerian government.

The Nigerian people have been held hostage, but they don’t realise it. Those politicians are just obtaining and chancing us like hoodlums do on the streets to JJCs.
Another reason for japa

Same ailment in the West, you'll probably be covered by Health Insurance that will take care of everything. And when you die, your family will receive insurance payments that will set them straight

Those with means in Naija should look into getting on international health insurance schemes

These are examples of top of the line tickets, they are many others below them. House of reps, governorship in some states, state house of assembly. The party needs funds to help those bottom line tickets. The candidates you mentioned are actually bankrolling themselves or clinging onto Obis coattails but many other unknown candidates need help.

That's why people talk about structure. A man with a structure can share his budget amongst his various groups and committees, and they can make donations and contributions where necessary

Before Obi moved to LP, what were these unknown candidates doing? I'm guessing they quickly ran to buy forms so they can ride on the Obi wave.

Like I said, i can never be against donations and appeals. Its a legitimate and honest way to raise funds.

Only you mock other people's tribe and religion but you're not a bigot
Broke shame another person but you aren't a classicist
Mock the family of the deceased but cry fowl when the same treatment is meted out to you
Deny the claim that you made but you are not a liar
Beg for funds stylishly but you're a rich man

Bro, my post is not a slight but a call to action. All of us are victims of a terrible system in the country put in place by bad leaders but what we've got so used to is fela's proverbial addendum, suffering and smiling.

Most of this thread's pages is littered with our wailings and anguish of a broken society and it befuddles how the victims of that said society are not also passionate about seeing a change and are still passive towards politics which is the only vehicle for change.
Last election, only 10 percent of population voted. This election you have educated people still saying they don't know if they will vote.

So tell me how one wouldn't be enraged seeing the recurring pattern of complaints without actions.

In a democracy, you are forcing people to close the source of their livelihoods because a politician is campaigning? How on earth is this legal?
Walahi, Nigerians have really suffered. And you have otellectuals coming here to support this repressive system. If this is happening during campaigns, ask yourselves what happens when this man gets there.

are the jobless touts that will control the country if he emerges as president. Imagine how they are proudly ordering people to not open shop..because them sef has no job so it doesn't affect them. Also they probably want that to effect a huge turn out for the rally.

FIFA should just reduce our slots. Maybe it will make African country sit up. Because I don't know how tunisia will draw with denmark and lose to australia. Their citizens will just be preparing for tasty fried kangaroo after a match they should have lost.

I think these people are the reason the west are pushing this LGBT agenda aggressively. I have always suspected that there are some powerful individuals in government influencing this movements.
