My 10A is sometimes sluggish especially when I'm playing games. Sometimes it takes time before it responds to tapping. It came with 3GB + 1GB. How do I add the extra 1 GB if the problem is actually ram?

Check how much power your network is consuming.

Are you using Glo?

Still the amount of power being used to get that signal can be a factor. I have an MTN Mast about 60m away from my house and I still get crazy antenna power usage when the network is unstable. Note full bars doesn't equate to good signal always.

Another thing is background apps running also consuming the little resources available.

Here are things to do.

Hold your power button for 10secs for it to force restart.

When it turns on leave it for like 10mins then try using it again

Good day ladies and Gents
Please how do i bring back the old mobile date monitor on my Redmi note 11 pro 5G?

If it's not possible, kindly recommend a battery efficient data saving application i can use to monitor and control how my device app drains my data subscription ...

Thanks in anticipation
Are you bothered about the new one? What's the issue exactly?
