3. Some whales either dumping or buying the dip (the latter isn’t certain at the moment as the whales desires even more to buy cheap).


Wait for it, even though it tarry, it shall surely come.

it has not touched 60 something for two months so that's a margin... i have been observing and 29th is always the highest rate per month... its not now and i am a bit concerned
