Nigerian judges are growing wings, what is all these nonsense about
I wonder why they are disturbing the elites since We all know the court is for the common man
You started on a good note but your end is extremely bitter, for once let applaud the judiciary for given this kind of judgement, whether executive enforce it or not, at least judiciary has given us hope that something great can still comes out of Nigeria, but in a situation whereby we Nigerians are the one making jest of the judgement, we are indirectly telling the world that we love our lawless and banana republic

Why condemn the judge? She is absolutely correct to order his arrest. Since the military is involved in civilian matters ... then it is only right that they also be subjected to civilian laws. We see nothing wrong in military arresting civilians but see everything wrong in civilian arresting military. What happen to Court Martial? .... and Military Police? May the new FG separate the Military and the Police ... let each stay in its lane.

Who will go and arrest them?

Nigerian judges have been making a mockery of their rulings to these last few weeks
are you saying those people are above the law? Idiots like you are the reason this country cant move foward. At least they have done their job as judges and they should be supported by the masses not mocked the way you are mocking them.

almost all the comments here shows why the countrybis in a mess. A judge did her job and the masses are mocking her. Are the masses agreeing that these men are above the law?
Instead of supporting the judge they are here saying nonsense.
It is not a nairaland problem this just shows how hopeless nigeria is

Some idiots in this forum are celebrating the impunity of the executive arm of government.
That these buffoons will not obey court rulings or orders does not mean that judges should turn a blind eye when it involves them. Let these court pronouncements they are refusing to obey remain as a witness against them.
thank you. Nigeria can never be great. We have too many fools. Judge did her work and the masses are mocking her. I hope they wont see the comments on nairaland and be discouraged

Where is the IGP?
Are they in prison?

so because of that, the judges should not do their work? How old are you? I dont want to belive you are older that 10years old and this senseless.

At least the judiciary will do their own job and leave the rest to the executive and legislative to to teir own job. It is because buhari does not obey court orders that is why he is not enforcinf it. If he has respect for rule of law he would have backed the judiciary and made the arrest possible.

Keep supporting lawlessness

If they can continue like this, there's still hope for common man
Let's applaud this moves, soon or later, Nigerian will understand that nobody no matter how highly placed he/she can be is not above the law.

Can you please give specific details about the US examples you cited, with links. I assume that you are not a liar like Alhaji Lie Mohammed, Buhari and APC’s misinformation minister, or are you

Google it. I watched a documentary about it on CNN last month during the US election period. It's not a secret.

US Supreme court and the president have had issues with each other in the past. In some cases, a president would appoint more judges to dilute the power of other judges when it comes to critical judgements

You are right, at least it's a new trend in Nigeria Justice system, before now no court has the will to give such daring judgement. One day, the justice system will have the capability to enforce it. It's a very good step in right direction for the whole country
