In Nigeria this is a court order that will not be obeyed. Firstly, a commanding officer can be said to be acting under the instructions of a President who has immunity from prosecution during his tenure. This is why a soldier will need to be dismissed from the army before he can be tried by civil law. Else he can only be tried under military law.

In any part of the world, the officer will be arrested by the smallest officer in the police and he will and can not resist arrest.
