Most fanilies in Nigeria do not have what to eat in the next four days... no money, no foodstuff, no hope. It is easier to judge than to be judged.
They are more than 150 million genuine beggars in nigeria, but less than 20 million benefactors.

See, I think gov should spend loads of money on contraceptives, on publicity and free distribution.
A lot of ladies you speak with these days don't know what daily pills, depo provera, female rings, shots etc are.
In front of my office, the kids of those women selling market stuff, once they reach a certain age ie 15-16, that set all get impregnated by the tricycle riders, area boys, okada riders. The next set of their younger ones see the older as role models and wait for their turns to get to same age to get impregnated! Circle of poverty continues.
Gov should set up at junctions and distribute cheap contraceptives for free, it was done those days if I remember right.

Many people engage in sexual activities without purpose hence, you see people dumping babies after births .
