Nothing is so certain in football, anyone could have bet "His/Her Life" that Arsenal will not be topping the league not even with a 5pts difference at the end of game week 15th in a league where will still have Man City's Guardihola.

Maradona had charisma, he was a leader of men. He once went to play for Pablo Escobar in Escobar's personally built prison. Diego was involved with the mafia in Naples. He was a crazy guy.

The generation of sport men born in the 60's who reached their prime in the mid 80's were just something else. Tyson belongs to Maradona's generation.
Diego was magic. I remember years back when I came across his display in Mexico 86 my jaw dropped. Even his clips in Barca and Napoli, the guy was unreal compared to his peers then

His footballing intelligence is out of this world

He single handedly won that 86 world cup for Argentina

Whats tactical in telling your team to defend? Ordinary football analysts knew he would defend. So what's tactical about that. My point is if Equaveon had the full compliment of his players over the 2 legs, he would have won. Equaveon team had the best chances over the two legs without having the core of his midfield. Imagine Otto without Kudus and Partey. Nothing tactical in defending and creating no chances over two legs with a full team.
and since egu knew addo was coming to defend what did he do tactically to thwart his plans? cheesy

You all only think a coach is tactically sound when he plays pretty and possession based football cheesy

Eguavon was tactically naive and his team selection shrouded in ineptitude favouritism and bias.

Anybody that could have left a work horse like Frank Onyeka on the bench and play wasted man like Nwakali is joker .

Eguavon messed up

and we’ll continue to owe until we start getting proper funding for our football

IMO, it's more of a mismanagement problem... You can't tell me that the money the NFF receive every year from winning and participating in various CAF and FIFA tournament aren't enough to clear the allowance of players that participate in such tournaments..
