Thitdly, Lagos is now doing food pack gift after using poverty and hunger as a tool to emasculate the people for more than 3 years. Also reducing retiree pension intentionally to cause pain. The Lagos ibadan expressway remained uncompleted in spite of the promised December completion. It's better to use Asian countries that know what honest hard-work really means as yardstick or better still read into African history before Europeans invaded us...read about when black Africans had strong leaders in Upper Egypt and use that as a yardstick.
