The Ivy league class is actually clueless. The parents funnel donations and in return their kids get admission.
Africans that I know who went to Harvard etc are smart guys They go rigolous admission process... Unlike these dumb asses who use their last name.

College in general is a scam and a big time racket. I say this as someone with multiple higher degrees. One of my biggest regrets is wasting all that time in the college system when some of my friends who just did their bachelors and went straight into business are far ahead of me today. One of them just secured funding from an international investor to the tune of several millions of $ for a fintech company he started working on over 5 years ago. Experience and a strong network are all you really need to excel in business forget that lousy piece of paper called degrees.

The U.S. has presented its newest bomber.

The B-21 Raider will be a dual-capable, penetrating-strike stealth bomber capable of delivering both conventional and nuclear munitions.

you really need to go through this book before you come here. you can share with some of your folks here, especially obrigado

Me saying the Media lies and providing evidence to prove just that is not me supporting racists. I am not talking about the Nazis who marched with torches or the ones who fought on the streets.

I am talking about What trump said and what the media say he said... its two different things.
BECAUSE YOU CAN NOT REASON YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND. YOU REALLY NEED TO READ THIS BOOK.
Trump said: There were very fine people on both sides
At contention: The Media and some of his advisers calling him out for that statement arguing that there should be no MORAL equivalency between the two sides.

So. let's break it down

There were 2 sides by Trumps account.
-One side were counter protestors. Again, Charlottesville is the home of Monticello. The slave plantation. Many of the residents believe it's still a very racist city and came out to push back against the White Supremacists being there. Some of those people came with the intent of violence to push back. By Trumps words, There were "Some Very Fine" people there.
-The other side were people marching along with White Supremacists, KKK members and the ALT Right, marching in a rally set up by White Supremacists. By Trump's words there were some "Very Fine people" marching there as well.

So for you to have an issue with the Media calling Trump out.

1.) You would have to believe that there were indeed "very fine people" marching with White Supremacist, KKK members, and people shouting Jews will not Replace US in a rally set up by White Supremacists.
2.) And the Media and some of his advisors (who almost quit) were wrong to challenge Trump by saying that there should never be any moral equivalency between those who march with White Supremacists and those who rally against it.

Tell me which part of that argument I got wrong.

1.) Are you arguing Trump didn't say there were very fine people on both sides?
2.) Are you arguing that there actually can be "Very Fine people" who somehow found themselves walking down the street with people shouting "Jews will not Replace US", with people holding KKK flags, with people spewing racist nonsense, avowed White Supremacists and Aryan brothers in a march setup up by White Supremacists?
3.) Or are you arguing that the Media and some of his advisors beef was not with their belief of the Moral equivalency of Trump's comparison of both sides.

You brought up the "Critical Thinking for Dummies" book. I'll assume you read it. So use those skills and deconstruct your argument. Answer these questions and don't bring up any irrelevant points. The discussion is simply on Trump and his very fine people comment.

Dishonest mainstream media talking points. Listen to a factual analysis of Trumps “both sides” statement and the whole Charlottesville saga.

He was talking about both sides of the debate over conferederate statues. He wasn’t talking about the marching Neo-Nazi’s AT ALL. He even said they should be “condemned TOTALLY” in the same press conference that he mentioned “fine people on both sides”

Get your head out of CNN’s ass and do some independent research yourself sometimes. We are tired of educating you kids here.

1.) There are actual Black/African legacies as well, who got in by virtue of parents/siblings going there. Not saying they aren't smart, but still it's not only a White phenomena.
2.) Getting into an IVY League is actually hard. Google the average GPA and LSAT scores for Yale Law School. When I last checked the GPA was 4.2 (4.0 means you had all A's) and LSAT is 178 (Perfect Score is 180). I think the LSAT is similar to an IQ test. Very hard to deviate upward.
3.) I agree with this part though controversial: Minorities generally got in with lower scores than their white counterparts. Somewhat lower as well. This was due to affirmative action.
4.) Africans would get in also by affirmative action. So, there was beef on Campus between the African community and the Black American community. As Black Americans believed African Americans were unfairly using up slots designed for those who were the product of America's Racist Past. And I'm not saying there weren't minorities who got in with very high scores.

As to Hunter Biden. I'm not sure where he graduated at YLS. But even the last person still is a YLS graduate. I think there are about 600(0.000179694% of the US population) a year or so. And just because he was reckless doesn't mean he wasn't academically smart. As I said, the prostitutes and drugs are common place on Wall St. And Lastly Bush was an idiot, but he was became President based on his connections.

Doctors, Pharmacists, Engineers, e.t.c need to be college educated except we are comfortable with quacks building your bridges, aeroplanes, mines or you prefer quacks treating you for illnesses.

With some professions, you could get away with it, but not for most STEM professions. Maher did stylishly mention that in the video though using the example of China but he quickly deviated back to the righty talking point to keep his target audience engaged.

I am suprised this is coming from you. On a normal day, you would have said they got in through diversity, inclusion and affirmative programs. You know, the regular far-right talk.

Lmao. You are conflating two issues. There was a peaceful protest for and against the taking down of confederate statues LONG before the white nationalist showed up. THOSE were the people Trump was referring too.

The violence that broke out later was between the white Nationalists and Antifa. So you believe Trump thinks there are fine people in Antifa?? grin. You delusional mate.

I think he can’t just understand English forget critical thinking.

The man clearly said he was talking about another group that were not marching with any white nationalist at all. He said it multiple times in clear English. There were people there to peacefully protest LONG before the white nationalist showed up. These liberals are so frustratingly daft I swear.

The Media and HIS OWN ADVISORS beef is that he said "There were fine people on both sides". And by saying that he lent moral equivalency to White Supremacists and such.

I'm asking for you to define your argument. Tell me which group of people he was specifically talking about when he said "There were very fine people on both sides". You don't seem to want to. Because you can't without sounding like someone who supports White Supremacists. So, again you bring up something irrelevant.

Just so you won't rewrite History. Here is the Wikipedia entry for that rally.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unite_the_Right_rally
The Unite the Right rally was a white supremacist[5][6][7][8] rally that took place in Charlottesville, Virginia, from August 11 to 12, 2017.[9][10][11] Marchers included members of the alt-right,[12] neo-Confederates,[13] neo-fascists,[14] white nationalists,[15] neo-Nazis,[16] Klansmen,[17] and far-right militias.[18] Some groups chanted racist and antisemitic slogans and carried weapons, Nazi and neo-Nazi symbols, the Valknut, Confederate battle flags, Deus vult crosses, flags, and other symbols of various past and present anti-Semitic and anti-Islamic groups.[24] The organizers' stated goals included the unification of the American white nationalist movement[12] and opposing the proposed removal of the statue of General Robert E. Lee from Charlottesville's former Lee Park. [22][25] The rally sparked a national debate over Confederate iconography, racial violence, and white supremacy.[26]

Not everyone was for the statues and against was part of Antifa or white nationalist groups. He specifically made that point that there were people who just go there to debate the issues, and protest it peacefully. he called them Fine people... then he made it clear his fine people do not include the Neo-Nazis...

Why are you so dumb to get this point? can't you reason for yourself?

he told you the Group he was not talking about or calling fine people. He also told you the group he was calling fine people... a daft will never get this. stop embarrassing yourself. learn English, apply critical thinking enter a forum to argue tirelessly, and things you understand.

Lol I swear.

This is something liberals are very good at. They conflate issues in order to put all conservatives into the same box as the most extreme elements on the right.

There were people in Charlottesville peacefully protesting against removing confederate statues because they believed it was desecrating US history and culture. These people were protesting for days before the white nationalist march. Liberals now want to rope all those people together with the white nationalists just by virtue of them being physically present and on that side of the debate. Whether they actually participated in march or not is irrelevant.

These people are dishonest to the point of being pure evil. Notice how they don’t also try to rope the people who were peacefully protesting FOR the removal of confederate statues with the Antifa thugs who also wrecked havoc that day?

They only do this to conservatives. Never to people on their own side.

Baba. Is it stupidity or just a lack of comprehension that is your problem?

Not everyone protesting in Charlottesville that day participated in the stupid white nationalist march. Some people were there peacefully demonstrating for DAYS before the white nationalist showed up.

The fact that both groups were physically present in the same place for a few moments does not mean they were the SAME group!!

Stop being disingenuous bro. Try to be better than this. Try to be better than the evil political hacks on MSNBC please.

Trump said there were peaceful protesters on both sides, Those against and those pro.
Then thugs came in and started a clash

No American conservative can agree with Donald Trump's call to suspend the Constitution because of the results of the 2020 election. And all real conservatives must oppose his 2024 campaign for president.

John Bolton, Former NSA adviser under Former President Trump.

Pressed by @GStephanopoulos of ABC News on if he would support Donald Trump despite Trump's calls for suspending the Constitution, Rep. Dave Joyce says: “I’ll support whoever the Republican nominee is."

"I just don’t think at this point he’ll be able to get there.”

One of the few popular Republicans that have spoken out after the "dear leader" called for the termination.

Not everyone was for the statues and was part of Antifa or white nationalist groups.

This is my last post on this.

There was only 1 rally during that time frame as in the US you need a permit to rally. The rally and it's White Supremacist ties were talked about weeks before the actual rally. And anyone who was there or went there understood it was a WHITE NATIONALIST rally. I'm 100% sure the FBI monitored it due the rise of White Nationalistic Terrorism in the US and 100% sure Trump understand what the rally was about.

Here are the organizers of the rally. Again you need a Permit in the US to hold a rally
1.) Jason Kessler
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jason_Kessler
Jason Eric Kessler (born September 22, 1983) is an American neo-Nazi, white supremacist, and antisemitic conspiracy theorist.[1][2][3] Kessler organized the Unite the Right rally held in Charlottesville, Virginia, on August 11–12, 2017,[4][5][6] and the Unite the Right 2 rally held on August 12, 2018.
Kessler is a supporter of neo-Nazism,[7][8][9] far-right politics,[10][11][12] and the alt-right.

2.) Richard B. Spencer
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Richard_B._Spencer
Richard Bertrand Spencer (born May 1978)[1] is an American neo-Nazi, antisemitic conspiracy theorist, and white supremacist.[2][3] A former editor, he is a public speaker and activist on behalf of the alt-right movement.[2][4] He advocates for the reconstitution of the European Union into a White racial empire, which he believes will replace the diverse European ethnic identities with one homogeneous "White identity".[5][6][7]
Spencer has advocated for the enslavement of Haitians by Whites and the ethnic cleansing of racial minorities from the United States,[8] additionally expressing admiration for the political tactics of American Nazi Party founder George Lincoln Rockwell. [9][10] He was a featured speaker at the August 2017 Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville, Virginia, among other neo-Nazi rallies that Spencer has headlined.[11]

I put those facts out to give you a background of that Trump Press Conference. This wasn't a thing that came out of the blue. It wasn't an organic rally for the statute. It was a continuation of the White Supremacy resurgence that had been growing throughout his presidency. Culminating in what we see now with Kanye and that dinner.

Now Trump has a reason to try to obfuscate what happened that day (those are his supporters), ask yourself what is your reason?
You should get better platforms than White Supremacist sites for your facts.

Gabriel Sterling, Chief Operating Officer - Office of the Georgia Secretary of State slammed Trump for calling for the termination of the US Constitution: “It's insane!”

And you are getting your own “facts” from Wikipedia lol. Another piece of evidence that you are not university educated. Didn’t they teach you that Wikipedia is not a credible source to cite in any serious capacity.

Thinking Trump who’s own favorite daughter and grandkids are Jewish will ever be on the side of Anti-semites is beyond idiotic.

One last time not everyone who was protesting at Charlottesville was part of any rally. I don’t know what other language you want to hear it before you understand. You just keep rambling incoherently and putting up random links that prove nothing. You are a disingenuous political animal that is incapable of an objective debate so it’s pointless.
