typicalgamer:That is how you were singing praises of the Saudis, Senegalese and Ghanaians. Where are those teams now? They won praise them and stop talking trash about the Super Eagles or Nigeria. They have not even won AFCON in a century? Such team should not be used as a standard to mock the Giant of Africa. Do you even know the number of times the name Nigeria was mentioned during the game. Praise Morocco but do not disrespect the Super Eagles! |

AndSunGorilla:The key to proper planning is time. You get rid of shot term goals but focus on achieving something in the long term. We need to opt for a playing model that favors us, and then work on developing a team to make it work. When you identify the system, then you work on getting a coach that can get the team playing that way. Then the team grows playing that way and with time get favorable results. |

Dannyxy:That's what you get when you make predictable selections. Some big-yanshed players get so comfortable They know there's no competition for their spot so whether they perform well in their clubs or not, some bribe taking officials will ensure their nest are included over constantly performing players No passion, no love no commitment..play like they are being begged to represent their fatherland Same super eagles some players have sweated for , bled for and even died on the pitch for. It's these same super eagles that some bastard players are spitting on God will judge them roughly..baggers ![]() |

AndSunGorilla:So whether you appoint a coach two days to the world cup, or source players from local academies, or Europe, achieving a playing pattern is key and getting good at it. Very good at it. At the end, the powers that be in our football are not ready to work towards the growth of our game. That is why we can play dross for five years under Rohr and they were okay with it. |

charlesemeka85:When their salaries and bonuses are not paid on time, are we not increasing the temptation to collect bribes? I won't be shocked if some of these our ex players are still being owed bonuses and allowances years after retiring. Unless a coach gets a job with the National team, it's like a marriage to poverty for them. I hope our league could grow, generate good employment for the players and also coaches. By good employment, i mean the coaches and players earning reasonable salaries and benefits. Maybe this could help curtail the issue of bribes etc |

Morocco: The Beautiful Bride of African Football Morocco vindicating my decision to include 4 of their players in my Africa Best XI, 2022 Edition. Sofyan Amrabat is arguably Africa's Best CDM. Ziyech Hakim is still one of the most creative players we have from Africa. An AM who can drift to the wings and playmake. Yassine Bounou always has been the best GK in Africa but needed a stage as big as this to show just why to a wider audience. TheSuperNerd: |
