He has already given keynotes on how he plans to solve it. Number one enabler of insecurity is poverty and he has told you how he is going to pull people out of poverty. He has told you that he will dialogue with all aggrieved parties and tell them to lay down their arms, working with those who took the offer and dealing decisively with those who are hellbent on causing pains and deaths in Nigeria. He has also talked about state policing and equipping the security outfits of the country. He further told you that anyone who is not doing his job will be shown the exit door. He already said he will be proactive and won't be a shock absorber like the current president. I hope you don't expect him to give you the very security details on how he is going to curb insecurity. If he doesn't do it, 4 years from now you can vote him out that is what Hold Us Responsible is all about.
Good thing is that he is the one talking to Nigerians and not any proxies so that you can use his words against him if he fails to deliver unlike APC that his delegating questions to proxies. That was how Buhari entered and said he wasn't the one that made the promises but the party when he was asked

The reason I am asking is that people say Peter Obi cannot be blamed for the killings that SARS (Special Anti-Armed Robbery Squadron) perpetrated under his nose.

This was Peter Obi's response on this issue:

“The Awkuzu SARS was there before I became a Governor. It was a police formation that used to be controlled by the Federal Government. It was like when someone said that I ordered people to arrest him, I was not the police; I was the Governor”

Remember that Anambra was a "hot zone" of impunity before he became governor. It was in Anambra that a sitting governor was "kidnapped" by state powers that be. These were the challenges Peter Obi had to face while he was governor. He was impeached himself!

My opinion is that I can't hold Peter Obi fully responsible for the extrajudicial murders that SARS committed because they're a Federal Government unit that don't answer to state governors.

If Peter Obi NEVER gave an order for those people to be extrajudicially murdered, then he shouldn't be held responsible. However, as a state governor under whose watch it happened, he should have set up a commission of inquiries to investigate the murders like Sanwo Olu did after the EndSARS protests.

That said, this is not something I will focus on right now when there are bigger issues at stake. Corrupt powers are using the media and everything at their disposal to distract people from themselves and focus on Peter Obi so that they can continue their impunity beyond 2023

I am happy you agree that he was at least partially responsible, if not by directly giving orders, then by failing to undertake any action whatsoever to stop or even challenge their actions.

Peter Obi is not uniquely poor in this regard, as all the other major candidates did or said nothing against SARs either, but let's have dialogue on honest terms, as ou have done.
