1. The easy way: smoke weed or try psychedelics (not an advice but I am keeping it plain without mincing words).

2. The not so easy way: don't engage in sexual stuff (just once in a while), healthy lifestyle (don't get addicted to weed or alcohol), take care of your brain. Allow those women to rest (chasing women upandan will not allow you to focus on increasing your vibration), don't eat meat too often (maybe once in a month), dont do things that lower your vibration (all of the above). Very easy right?
