Good day house, I have this sharp pain in my teeth whenever I drink water and it gives me headache! I kinda have holes in both side of my teeth. Please what can I do? Is there any herbal recommendation?? I tried to visit a dentist but no serious solution. I await your swift response. Thanks

the tooth is infected with bacteria. Pls use oral B (short one) to brush em. it kills all the bacteria infection of tooth, and in all stages of decay. It will just remain dormant like that after its use

Pls when you saw a Dentist, what was the conclusion or what do you mean by no serious solution ?

Please go to a good dental clinic around you, let the teeth be examined, those that can be filled should be filled while those that can't be saved can be extracted or you can have a root canal done.

Any procedure you opt for will be pain-free if done well.

You need to take care of your teeth; regular dental checks, prompt treatment of dental issues, brushing adequately and appropriately with a fluoridated toothpaste and reducing sugary foods and drinks.
