Recently I heard Pastor David Ibiyiome say he's spending over 100 billion naira to build his church. And was wondering what could be the effect of the same money is used to build factories.

If salvation ministries could afford to use 100 billion for a church building, it would take only 10 churches to raise 1 trillion naira.

The church can actually change Nigeria economy, if they want to.

Go to where you pay your taxes and demand industries from there. Let churches do what they want to.

It's a political matter.

England and China moderate the activities of the church.

Our government should begin to demand that religion should be involved in the economy.

Do you know that any law that will affect the church will also involve mosques because they are regarded as place of worship? Or do you mean they should create a law that targets only churches?

Seems the churches in Nigeria are in a competition to own the biggest auditorium.

Before it was faith tabernacle, then deeper life, then glory dome and now ibiyomie. I think living faith is also starting another one to beat ibiyomie.
