Joebie:the example you're giving is good but does flow with football... In football, your main bosses are the clubs you play for... the country is secondary.. especially for those playing in europe or top 10 european leagues... the attitude of the national team bosses should never affect how you play for the national team because you're not playing or working for the bosses in the national team.. you're playing or working for the citizens of the country which also includes your family members and not the FA of the country. |

Joebie:If it's in knowing the game, Amuneke is definitely up there, especially when it comes to the attacking brand of possessive football(which is my preference). The problem is that this is the national team and it would be hard to inculcate such tactics with the kind of players we have. We don't have the required amount of technical players for such a system. How many of our players are even in clubs that play such brand of football? Amuneke is best suited for a club side or a youth based system. That way he'll have enough time with them to teach them his philosophies. That's why he did so well at youth level. If this was Spain where we had a lot of technical players, I would be the first person to call for Amuneke. Unfortunately we don't have that privilege. |

Wailers plenty for this thread. I swear. Morroco that had many chances to score on counters but were playing like Amateurs. Na their goal keeper dey save dem, nothing extra ordinary in that team. They will still not win the Nations cup. |

The Africans of France 1 GBOSAH What a strike, a flawed strategy with all eyes on Mbappe forgetting there are many other players. I think Dembele will score Now England will have to play EXCITING GAME game to come |

Am I wrong if I say that no striker at this world cup would've been as much a physical menance as Osimhen He would've been a beast man..Kai Nodefender in this world cup can stand up to him |

No lies elfy. Osimhen and Haaland would have ripped defenders apart limbs from limbs at this WC in a Strikers-Defenders face off for the ball and for space in the final third. Blueelf: |

Blueelf:Yeah, a couple of us said so. If you notice, Mbappe is not even trying to attack, he just receives the ball and then passes to the midfielders. Griezmann is just happy playing close to Dembele, doing one-twos and creating space for others. When he made that assist, no English player was even close to him. |
