So how did he save Santos' job with only one goal in the KO round and not playing anything significant in the final match. If Eder had not scored that goal, Ronaldo will probably still be without an international trophy to his name.

He has never been holding the ball and making final pass to the extent I studied his game and thought to myself where is the winger in this guy.
