Besides, how is Obi's response in the attached video different from Atiku's response on Deborah's situation?

Dont forget things were tense then, riots etc. His investments, properties etc would have been prime targets.
Its just like you expecting Obi to come out shouting for the slaughter of ipob etc. Wount that be suicide? They will lay in wait for him, make him a target and possibly lots of innocent folks will be hurt, his house burnt etc.
