The Bayern team Dortmund triumphed over was world class especially that 2012 squad.
That same team reached back to back CL finals and won the treble the following year.
So yes,it was a huge achievement

A league title is a league title, The moment Bayern became strong from 2013, Dortmund no smell title which made Hummels run to Bayern before he was expelled after 3 seasons while Boateng came to Bayern at their weakest, played consistently for 10 seasons

Thats why without Boateng he will always blame injury and rusty for his 2 time expulsion from Bayern his youth team

The 2012 Bayern reached the CL finals even knocking out favourites like Mourinho 's Madrid.
It was that same squad and manager that won the treble the following year..
Btw why was Boathand not deemed good enough for mancity?

One is still first choice at a good club like Dortmund while the other is being chased away in lyon

Never made team of the year in either.
