FTX scam was allowed to go unnoticed with the regulatory SEC body throwing a blind eye to many red flags that were springing up early exposing it was a ponzi scheme.

FTX was setup to fail so as to bring govt regulation into the grey world of cryoto.

The US feds have been finding a way to crash cryoto for a while and are highly suspected to be the whales that pushed cryoto so high and let it crash .
