You'll need more bag of cement cos it's 9", so budget 20 bags, 10tonnes of Sharp sand and 10tonnes of Gravel/Granite.

I thought just over 5m would do 3 bedrooms, just over 4m for 2 bedrooms and 3.5m for 1 bedroom.
