It isn't good to laugh at this. One day, we will all be old. Who knows if we will be shitting in our pants?

Men especially should take good care of their health now, especially their prostrates. That's probably what's causing the uncontrolled peeing.

Another we should take good care of is our blood pressure. This can help reduce the onset of dementia and many nasty ailments. We can do this by exercising regularly, walk at least 10,000 steps daily and watch what we eat.

I noticed that in my village, the elderly men there hardly had pot stomachs and this was probably due to farm work. They were also quite fit and alert.
