You have no right to comdemn any Muslim that believes in Qur'an only, because its directly words of Allah [SWT] through the Holy Prophet Muhammad [PBUH].

If you're knowledgeable enough about Islam, you should Qur'an and Sunnah is the commonly given answer to that question.
