The distance matters, that is what we normal used to determine the size of pump.
It also written on the pump but people don’t take notice of this.

So I can see that the OP bore hole distance to tank will be up to 100meters
Means to get the 3000lts filled up it will take 3.5hours or so

Calculation let’s say @100meter … 14lts
3000lts divided by 14lts =214 minute
214m divided by 60minute =3.5hours

So to get your water tank of 3000lts capacity to filled up btw 1-1:30min, you will need 1.5hp or 2hp
Another thing is that your bore hole must have enough water if not the pump will dry it up quickly

Since the tank sits no roof its better to run the pipe from up, but not through the roof.

If your house is inside a regulated estate, you will be compelled to do low fence/gate or see through.

300k is too much for this kind of see through gate, the hollow pipe of 5.5 meters itself (2mm) thickness is not up to #6,000 currently. So how many hollow pipe used for this particular gate?
It might not fly at rate 150k

Yes he can run the water supply pipes in the ceiling void. It's not a problem. But he must pressure test the discharge line very well. And you might likely use a pressure/booster pump to boost the pressure because your first pressure will be low somehow
