You are not being realistic.elections in se/ss are highly rigged.apc is very strong here and have experienced politicians, lp is very weak and inexperienced.

Point of correction; I didn't smoke b4 commenting and we r not talking about party only but candidate inclusive. If it party alone, LP won't win Anambra let alone oda SErn states. Atiku can't win Edo as easy as you think. After all Edo has never been massively won by either PDP or APC before. If Kwankwaso sticks with his ambition till election day, he'll win Kano easily. 15 states sure for Tinubu as at today. All 6 SW states, Borno, Yobe, kwara, kogi, Zamfara, Kebbi, Gombe, Niger and Katsina

About 6-7 states are a potential win but also a possible loss for Tinubu- Kano, Jigawa, Nassarawa, Plateau, Kaduna, Benue and River states if Wike chooses to support

15 states are almost sure loss- all 5 SE states, 5 SS states excluding rivers, Bauchi, Adamawa, Taraba, Sokoto

I think I like your analysis, but there's need for some adjustments. Nobody is talking about Cross river state? APC would do well in Ebonyi,Kano & Sokoto, APC would win Kaduna and Jigawa, thou, the margin might be close. The election is getting closer, now everyone can see where the pendulum is swinging. The good & bad publicity have made Tinubu the most popular candidate among them all. Jungle don dey mature.
