You see why some of us are angry that people actually voted for Buhari was because of his past records as the HOS , I wasn't born then but people said they ate chaff because of hardship and here we're again today . History do repeat it's self . You talk about statistics and some Nigerians, supposed educated once will tell you doesn't matter even though some of studied statistics in the university as a course .
