I am not sure NFIU has the power to seal state government account nor the power to determine what's a state government priority in terms of paying salaries or not. And to assume all state governments are out to manipulate elections with state government funds is baseless.

Those who want to rig elections or buy votes probably already have their money in dollars.

My biggest concern with 2023 elections is inec....if the bvas system can cope with elections in all 36 states and the FCT at once....that will be lovely. If BVAS fails it may turn out to be the worst election in Nigeria.....inec should also do drills on saboteurs activities

Sometimes God can use the least expected person to save his people. Buhari will be remembered as the first president in Nigeria to organize a credible,free & fair election. Imagine bringing out policies that checkmate ur party's criminal plans towards election rigging. Stuffs like BVAS,IReV, redesign of naira notes, withdrawal limit & now this...
I may not be his fan, but I'm 100% in support of him on this.
