Even when Tinubu was in Lagos, it's not everywhere in the stadium that people sat. You need to be closer to the people you are addressing as much as you can. The stadium doesn't have to be filled. People have their business to attend to.

For example, I'm an Obi supporter but I didn't go to the stadium. My neighbor only attended the townhall meeting and came back. What is it with crowd? Mind you, some people are only going there to beg for what to eat. Some don't even have PVC. It's not even everyone with PVC that will go out and vote. So, for me, crowd at rallies isn't a measure of how popular a candidate is.
