Rufai will not lose. He's on the side of history. Baba Lagos and his cronies are the villains in this story. The status of APC being the ruling party is what is blurring the picture.

What they fail to understand is that human capital development have a simultaneous effect on infrastructure. How can the people be enlightened and yet live in a society without infrastructure? It's not possible.
