How does this increase standard of living with soaring inflation that is out of control. Consequently, making things worse. I suggest the government make policies to curb inflation and bridge the gap between the rich and the poor which I know the government won't do!

FAAC was released one week before payment. Majorities has paid. Can you mentioned any department?
Exactly. Majority have been paid, even higher institutions that are always last to receive salaries have started seeing alerts since Christmas.

You aren't the only one who work with Federal government. Yes few ministries have been paid. But go back and compare those who have not been paid to those who have been paid.
I'm one too. Not few but most have been paid.

Really, when they are yet unable to pay the N30 000 minimum wage? Please, let's understand that elections are coming and political promises in Nigeria are just simply political.

No doubt, salary increase is good for the workforce but it is has always been a curse on the national economy. The outgoing government should avoid giving a Greek parting gift to the a section of the economy thereby creating banana pill for the incoming administration to lay off staff in the process. I think this government should start preparing it's handover note, complete ongoing projects and avoid starting new projects that are not of national importance or may not be in tandem with the programmes of the incoming administration. Our eyes have seen the best of Buhari, which obviously is well below average manifesting in economic mismanagement, social disharmony, insecurity, general hardship and pain. The incoming administration has its work already cut out. We must restart again after a disastrous administration.

I'm actually wondering why your own case is different. Well, I guess it's your agency/ministry in particular.

You don't have a job. Kip kwayet.... Manage that your ajegunle boundary busstop shed...

And who are you to determine when someone should keep quiet? Even if you have a job, you should not assume that some other people don't, and invariably look down on them. His so called shed could even pay 10x your current salary monthly.

Let's learn to respect people irrespective of their views, and behave with utmost decorum.

This APC Government are very calculative and are trying to be manipulative. They know that elections are coming, they are trying to be in the sudden good books of Nigerians to win votes for them. I thought they were not scared of Peter Obi na.
