not really..these are politicians who have sense...there's plenty houses in Abuja...lekki..Ajah..banana island and co ...most.of them are unoccupied and were just bought/built with stolen/looted money. yet rent prices are skyrocketimg beyond the reach of the average nigerian. Canada's ruking party is taking measures to prevent foreigners from buying up properties by proxy and leaving them unoccupied...which will reduce the spaces available for rent by the average canadian
