Where are you located and what are your qualifications and what kinda job do you seek?

I’m currently in Osun state, precisely, Ilesa. Qualification: B. Tech Food science. I’m open to work in any organization so far there is a provision for on-the- job training. I seriously need the job .

It's a very bad experience. But in this advanced era, the internet has given us the great privilege to earn money from the comfort of our homes, with that still enjoying our holidays. They are many online jobs to engage in, something as affiliate marketing, or being an Amazon kdp writer without much stress or capital .

Very sad one, I have been unemployed since June last year, things have been extremely difficult for me, my wife and 10months old son. I can’t even afford money to feed them not talk of buying my son’s diapers. We’ve become laughing stock to people and this is taking is toll on my son cos I can’t afford his food. In short. I’m tired of this life. I hope and pray I get a job this year. As I’m telling you we have absolutely nothing to feed on, I’m thinking of how I can get even if it’s 1k to get them something to eat. Tears dropping. Pls let me stop here.

I've been managing, I do make some money here and there once in awhile but it's barely enough, if I was only responsible for myself I'd be living fine with alot of savings, but there's so much responsibility on me it's weighing me down, I'm not married yet, I am in my twenties but I feel like an old man because of so much responsibility and dependents, guess it's the price you pay for having younger siblings, I always put Thier needs before mine, lately I have been trying to diversify, I never had a job as I do so many things online to earn my money, and I look forward to adding more income streams this year, this is why I am learning skills like programming to see if I can find remote jobs, anyone who has ideas please hook a brother up, I am not begging for money or anything, I just need update, I am willing to learn, or pay for credible and valuable info that would help boost my finances.

As for me I have a job but in my own view, it's not enough with respect to the high inflation of basic commodities in the market at the moment. I have relocated to a low income flat in a remote village so I could pay the rent easily without hesitation. and on the matter of security, I've taken it upon myself to secure myself and property from thieves or robbers. As a graduate in Nigeria, if u don't have multiple sources of earning funds, you'll be sorry for yourself. Then flying thoughts will occupy your sense of reasoning making you feel like a failure. Offourse you probably are not a failure instead it's the kind of government that is piloting the affairs of the country. I'm sorry to say that Nigeria has gone aback in all ramifications that pertains it. In 2015 when APC removed the incumbent PDP government from power, I knew Nigeria will go back instead of going forward and innovation because of the leader we have naively brought onboard. I experienced buhari first hand in the 80s and it wasn't a good experience. Now we have brought him again and he made it worse. Needless to say much or trigger harsh emotions because of my stand on buhari, let's get it right coming this February 2023 and vote whom you know that can pilot the affairs of this country both in wisdom and integrity. Am not pointing fingers but as an individual don't put selfish interest because of what you stand to gain if your 'supposed candidate' wins. Don't be surprised that you'll find yourself on the 2nd reserve bench in this field called Nigeria.

"Ambition without knowledge is like paddling a boat on dry land"
Vote wisely.....

It was a horrible experience. It may not be your making that you're unemployed, however it's personal decision to remain idle doing nothing.
You can still be successful without a white collar job. White collar job whose pay can hardly sustain an individual let alone one's family.

How do I go about it?
There are different ways. But the most basic has to do with acquiring a sack for a container, filling the sack with soil, planting seeds or tubers or whatever in the sack making sure to water regularly, and you have started sack gardening. You can have as many sacks as you have space for and plant any crop that you believe your sack can adequately hold up. undecided

Here's a link to a post showing you can easy it is. https://www.nairaland.com/7471140/amazing-output-yam-in-sack-farming-pictures

If using an extra large size sack, for instance, you can plant more than one crop in it by using the prescribed in the following pdf document https://assets.echocommunity.org/presentations/69ec0db4-d544-4c9d-aeed-0e8fbe92075e/making-a-sack-garden.pdf
