By Link what do you mean… trying to transfer the funds from the Deriv account to your MT5 account?? Or having issues creating an mt5 account??
Can you share screenshot of the error message you get if possible

Send Him a mesage on whatsapp with screenshot proof of your transaction.. You know how it is bank transactions and delays this festive period.
This should fascilitate the deposit

Done that and he is not picking calls and not replying my messages

Okay, maybe i should say i am having issue creating MT5 real account. You can see from the SS the error message. I had to try use the web to see if there's an issue with the app

Please take down this picture the informations in it are mearnt to be private… Go to modify and then delete the photo from the post.

As for the Mt5real account creation go over to www.deriv.com and Login first to then create the real mt5 account from the online platform this should definitely work.

Not at all Mate it’s no borther… I’ll try reach out to him and see if he responds… seems he is flopping with his services lately ,

if you still have more deposit transactions you intend doing on your account then you can try a different payment agent from the list of registered agents on the deriv platform(Smartpayexchang is the only agent i have worked with in time past)…

currently i use btc and usdt for deposits and withdrawals as i usually do large sums of withdrawals these past months

If you wish to try out btc deposit option www.nicciexchange.net is the platform i use for purchase and their service is quite swift

Sure the mt5 trading account would have been long deleted. But you always can create a new mt5 account in a matter of secs whenever you are ready to get back to trading.

We were using an indicator we got from a telegram group that was supposed to tell us when the boom and crash was going to happen. Made some money at first, then the losing streak started. Had to run. That was before learning to do without indicators.

I am not a fan of 1 timeframe alone ( as a matter of fact i donot trade just off one time frame only)

1hrly and 15mins timeframe together when i want to Scalp/ short term trade setups

Daily-4hrly and 1hrly when i want to Swing trade and hold positions for days
