pastors are using bodyguards EVEN IN THE CHURCH but would stand on the pulpit and read verses on divine protection to its members, they would even sell expensive jackets, Car bumper stickers, stickers for their member's main entrance with words like "I'm protected by the blood of Jesus" "No weapon fashioned against me shall prosper" in order to raise money for more or better bodyguards

The stickers is not for physical protection, get this right. The weapons of our warfare are not carnal, it’s for spiritual attacks. That God divinely protects doesn’t mean you should not do your part of being security conscious. I have seen God miraculously protecting his children, last two years my pastor from Rivers was returning from Divcon program(Anglican program) from Abuja and getting to Edo, they got attacked by unknown gun men, who shot at my pastor, but the bullet didn’t penetrate, they then used cutlass, it still didn’t penetrate and look for all ways to kill him but it backfired and they ran away. Because his time has not reached. Bottom line is that God still protects his children.
