The souls stay in different spiritual dimensions - in 5D and above. There are no rules on how long they have to stay, this is their true home and they can stay as long as they want. Usually, advanced souls stay much longer as they have roles and occupations in the Spirit World, many are Teachers, Healers, and Guides, so they incarnate in physical reality very rarely - usually to help their students, or when their skills are required at certain points in human history. Souls which were traumatized in human lives can stay for very long periods in the Spirit World for healing. But the time in the Spirit World is different than linear time on Earth - a soul can stay in the Spirit World for eons subjectively, but reincarnate on Earth in a short time after the last life death. Even near-death experiences who were in a clinical death state for under 10 minutes, can spend years in the Spirit World subjectively…

If we reincarnate, but have no memory of our previous lives, then what is the point? We are who we are because of our memory of our past experiences of ourselves and of the people that have impacted us. If I have no memory of this, then it is not reincarnation to me. Thanks.

Do you play video games? You chose different avatars and play different games, sometimes you reload the same game with the same avatar. Does the avatar know anything about you as a player? No, but your level of mastery as a player will affect the performance of the avatar in each game. The benefit here is not for each avatar - but for the player. The player is your soul, avatars - each personality. Plus several players can get together and always play in a group - this would be an analogue for a soul group.

You have no memory of previous lives whilst you're here but will remember everything again when you go home. Remembering past lives whilst here, could be a hindrance to you. For example, you may decide to come back to a third world country this time around and have been born into abject poverty.Its the life you chose in your soul state because you wanted to teach those around you how to care for others less fortunate . You also wanted to experience the exact opposite of your previous existence.. There's no rush from your soul's point of view because you know that you can come back again and do things very differently next time . In your physical state, you remember that in your previous life you lived in a beautiful house, had plenty to eat and plenty of money.. As the physical version of yourself you realise how hard your new life is. You feel frustrated and long for your previous life. Your brother in your past life was your best friend. In this one your brother is cruel and mean. You spend most of this new life thinking about what you're missing. You become depressed and anxious , achieve very little and wonder why you came. That's just an imaginary scenario but I hope you get the gist of it.

We're all just learning and teaching each other in physical form and spiritual development. To transcend, we must all transcend. But since there is always opposition through force, the experiment continues on while we play the game of understanding, to the the tune of knowledge; developing within and throughout.

When you awakened to your spiritual self then you are able to remember everything. We are programmed by our egos to go after greed and materialism. If you are an old soul you always remember but new souls don't they awaken when they are ready, most ppl are asleep until going through traumatic darkness that brings upon their awakening to reconnect them to the source of light that connects us all which is God.

bruh, i suggest you take a tall glass of lemonade, go into your wardrobe, bring out that dusty bible you havent read in over a decade, and crack it open and get to reading, cuz you damn sure aint read that book in ages. i can tell.

i digress, there is no heaven and hell in the metaphysical realm. HEAVEN and HELL are descriptions of human conditions not physical places. everything happens on earth. just think of a revolving cycle. earth is the judgement ground which is where you pay for your punishment from past life ( ecclesiastes 3 vs 16[b] And I saw something else under the sun: In the place of judgment--wickedness was there,[/b] ) so earth is the place of judgement under the sun. this is where you pay for the sins of your previous life ( yes we are spiritual beings that are recycled into new bodies on earth every 3rd or 4th generation. its all in the bible ). so you live one life, then die and return to the spiritual realm (ecclesiastes 12 vs 7 and the dust returns to the ground it came from, and the spirit returns to God who gave it ). in the spiritual realm you rest. there is no punishment in the spiritual realm. this is the place where you go to rest and wait for your next deployment to earth. in your next deployment to earth, you pay for your sins. if you were a good person, more than likely you will have a heavenly experience on earth. if you were an evil person, then more than likely you will live a hellish experience on earth, as judgement. however if you repent, which you will only be allowed to repent once you serve the adequate punishment required (galatians 6 vs 7[b] Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows[/b] ), If you repent and keep being good till you die, then when you return on earth again, you will live a heavenly experience on earth. ( this is why you see so many atheists etc around. these peoples hearts have been closed by the lord because they still havent served enough of their punishment from past life (ISAIAH 6 VS 10 Make the heart of this people calloused; make their ears dull and close their eyes. Otherwise they might see with their eyes, hear with their ears, understand with their hearts, and turn and be healed." ) SO THAT IS THE STORY OF HEAVEN AND HELL. THEY ARE BOTH CONDITIONS PLACED ON YOU ON EARTH AS JUDGEMENT FOR THE WAY YOU LIVED AND LIVE YOUR LIFE. THEY ARE NOT PHYSICAL PLACES. AND AS FOR THE SPIRITUAL REALM ? THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS HELL IN THE SPIRITUAL REALM AND THE SPIRITUAL REALM CAN BE REFERED TO AS HEAVENLY BECAUSE IT WILL BE QUIET AND PEACEFULL AND BLISSFULL. HEAVEN IS A DESCRIPTION NOT A NAME. I will answer your questions based on the messages claimed to have been sent from the other side through the phenomenon called Mediumship.
1-Where are the locations of Heaven and Hell in the universe? Can they be found beyond our local solar system? Between Jupiter and Mars?

So called heaven and hell are located in the ethereal world. So where is the ethereal world? Let's assume someone just died in his room, so the ethereal body separates from the physical body and stands in the room looking at his physical body and family, immediatly the ethereal body separates from the physical body, it is standing in the ethereal world even though he is still in the room. So it can be said that the ethereal world is another dimension that penetrates the physical world.

Heaven and hell cannot be found by moving through the physical world but by entering the ethereal world.
Also etherians(people in the ethereal world) don't like using heaven and hell but light and dark planes.
And of course there is no one place called light or dark planes but numerous planes is varying degrees of light and darkness.

2-When babies die young and go to Heaven, do they grow up in Heaven or remain in Heaven as babies for eternity

Anyone that has not reached the prime of life (around 25-35yrs) grows up to that age and remain there for eternity. So babies grow up.

3-When people are born with a mental disability, does their intelligence and cognitive functioning improve when they reach Heaven? Is there a change to the cognitive functioning of those without mental disabilities during their time alive on earth?

Everyone is exactly the same before and moments after death. Death doesn't add anything to a man than change in dimension. So if a person is insane or has mental disability before is death, he/she still has it after death.
That is why there are numerous home of rests (like hospitals) over there where people that are trained in rectifying those issues work. Some of the people working in these home of rests where doctors or nurses when in physical life. And of course they all have to undergo special training before they can take up this work because the method of healing there is different from the one used on earth.

4-Do the minds of Alzheimer’s victims continue to exhibit cognitive deterioration throughout eternity or do Alzheimer’s victims regain their cognitive faculties as they were prior to the onset of Alzheimer’s disease?

5-Will people, who because of some accident or disease, suffer from complete amnesia in either Heaven or Hell and, thus start a second life, lose the first part of their lives or do they have two souls?

They're taken to home of rest where they're given adequate treatment to regain there memory.

6-Which marriage will be restored in Heaven for divorced people? How are marriage arrangements managed in Heaven?

There are no marriages as such there but people that are in harmony with each other stays together. So if there is no harmony between husband and wife they will not be together even though they were married on earth. Same thing applies to family ties, if there is not harmony among them each goes his seperate ways.

7-Will people who die at an advanced age, in their 90s or more, stay old for eternity?

No, they assume their prime age, there are no old people in the light planes that is why it is difficult to guess age over there.

8-Will people in Heaven, knowing that some of their family or friends are in Hell still be at peace with that knowledge?

Firstly they know that they're reaping what they sowed while on earth.
Secondly they know if their family and friends in hell (dark planes) start sowing good deeds they will eventually be out of hell because the fruits of their good deeds will not allow them to stay in the dark region.
So they try to help them in some ways to awaken love, compassion, kindness etc in their heart.
Actually, there are millions of etherians engaged in this kind of work i.e they go into the dark planes to encourage those trapped there to start their ascent into the light.

9-Will some people be elated in Heaven when they know that their enemies are in Hell?

To be qualified to enter the light planes (heaven) means you've love in your heart and wish good for everyone even your enemies. So I don't think someone elated to see another person in darkness is fit for light.

Like I said before, we're all the same before and immediately after death. You can't just miraculously know everything because you're dead.

Beliefs or actions...

Actions (character) qualify one to be in a particular light plane but belief can influence the community one will feel at home with. For example, if you're a Christian, your good deeds and character will qualify you to be in a particular light plane, your Christian beliefs will not, but the beliefs will influence the community you will feel in harmony with.
So in the light plane (at least those close to the earth plane), it is not uncommon to see different communities grouped based on their beliefs eg Christian community, Muslim community, Hindu community etc. They've churches, mosques, temples in which they still carry out their mode of worship just like they do on earth, but eventually they grow out of those beliefs and merge with the greater community of the light plane they live.
