Ever since I took the jab, I have stayed away from excessive workout. Just after people started getting vaxxed, there were reports of people dying during morning workout here in Nigeria.

I got covid, recovered, then got vaxxed a couple of months after because of some useless countries.

Since then, I haven't been at peace with myself.

I feel the same way bro. I got the vax because of travel restrictions too now I worry sometimes. Even though I’ve not noticed any significant change in my body but I still feel I should have held on.

One of my friends refused to get it and even delayed all travel because if it. Today he is traveling like everyone else after all restrictions have been lifted and calling all of us that rushed to get vaxxed fools.

So far my body seems OK. I think those going for booster shots and booster shots are more likely to get affected

This is my hope too. Let’s all just try to avoid intense exercise for now till enough time has passed for us to get a Large enough sample size to determine if the vaccine is truly responsible for these seemingly increased heart problems in young people.
