Yes there was disagreement about the waybill due to certain messages being passed in an ambiguous manner or perhaps lost in translation. Insults did fly and for that I'd criticize lovelyoracle.
Matter was brought here and after a lot of back and forth it was pretty obvious that the bone of contention was who's to foot the 1,500 required to make up the waybill fee. someone then offered to send the 1,500 and after that some others chipped in too. the entire waybill was then raised and people told Yeye to send the item in question.
From that time till now I've observed a huge reluctance to send the item. forget disagreements and curses however painful they are as those are just mere distractions IMHO, the summary is that there was a 1,500 problem that got resolved, so what's the problem now? most of these things he's grabbing onto right now as reasons for refusing to close the deal happened before the 1,500 issue so I'm finding it hard shaking this feeling that this Yeye guy is just being immature, full of himself and has taken this stand just because he has all the advantages but it's not what you do when you're disadvantaged that shows good character, it's what you do when you have all the advantages and can do as you like that truly does.
People have been subtly begging him to forget everything that happened and send the item and he's still been refusing to such an extent one would be forgiven for thinking he has sold the stab to someone else already or never planned to send any stab from day 1

Middle class and below buy top loader becaue 1 it does not need to be connected to water supply - you can literally pour water in from a bucket
Same way you can drain it into a basin.

Rich people buy automatic front loader. This has to be properly installed and connected to your water supply and drainage. In addition, if I am not mistaken, it has a heater which means you will run it on nepa or big gen. Can't say if the heater is a must use.

But most of the commercial laundries I have visited use front loaders.

You are better off doing research or googling Nigerian laundries. Then you can do your 'customer' survey and see what works for them. Or even ask the workers
