Ilamina: Did Nigerians beg the English to colonize them? The English picked your ancestors as slaves and you are loyal. Just so you know, they first came in as slave traders before the issue of colonialism came up. 1 Like |

English speaking countries are still one of the best countries to migrate to but talk of salary structure, Germany, Italy and Netherlands is good if not for the language barrier but ,sacrifices has to b made to get all dis, learning another language dat will help u secure a permanent residence isn't a bad idea, that's d reason why most Indians , Egypt find it very easy to reside in the Arabian area....Arabic and Hindi...while few Nigerian who spent time tonlearn dis languages are not doing bad at all....the way Nigerian flood UK now,we go soon takeover UK sef but sincerely speaking not a bad idea to learn another man's language a and stay with them...l |

Borosilicate:Learning new languages especially for people going through study route shouldn’t be difficult. Just like in Nigeria, our education curriculum includes Yoruba, Igbo and Hausa. Same can be applied over there, just add the national language to your course curriculum |

I always wonder , with the amount of Nigerians that go to UK , how come you hardly spot blacks or Africans in UK football stands The answer is simple … WORK ! WORK !! WORK !!! To pay bills … You will always be a second class citizen and a mini slave in the west , some privileges are meant for dia citizens alone … smh 3 Likes 2 Shares

Uzomarrr12345:Whats your problem with people who travel? Why don't you stay in your shithole and let people move wherever they want to?You aren't the one to tell who is a first class or second citizen. Do what works for you Nd leave others to theirs. You seem to be investing too much energy in this thing.Face your hustle baba 1 Like |

Have you ever tried to watch any of the top clubs play? It is mostly not enjoyable. It can be so noisy and most of the people there would have been drinking all day. The loud chants and swear words put me off. Also, you will have to pay higher to get a strategic seat where you will see clearly. What about the time to travel there, the traffic after match? It is hardly worth it. You will be better off watching it at home. Also, most club supporters live close to the stadium. They usually support their local clubs so it is easy for them to watch the matches. Finally, it can be very expensive to get a ticket if you have not bought a season ticket. Regarding this work, if you are in a good profession and settled in the UK, which a lot of Nigerians are, you dont have to work and work. Personally, I have been working flexibly from home since covid. The privileges I enjoy here I wont get in Naija. I even enjoy positive discrimination. They treat me better. I get put in interviewing team even though I am new in the company cos they want diversity in the team and they are trying to prevent unconscious bias. I get more opportunities at work as a black lady. So, I am no slave at all. Uzomarrr12345: |
